The wine is wonderfully aromatic, opening with layers of citrus, orange peel, fresh pear, and delicate floral notes. There is plenty to discover in the glass, with the aromatics continuing to evolve as the wine opens. On the palate, it is bright and refreshing, with great balance and a clean, crisp finish. A distinctive new expression of The Rocks District and an exciting addition to the Saviah Cellars lineup.

The 2023 vintage in the Walla Walla Valley was a dream in terms of weather. A cool wet spring, hot summer, and a warm, dry fall were ideal for finishing the fruit. A lighter crop resulted in concentrated wines with excellent balance. Our 2023 Syrah reveals the remarkable quality of the fruit with every sip. Inky colored, with aromas and flavors of marionberries, charcuterie, tapenade, anise, dark chocolate, and spice. This Syrah pairs well with a wide variety of food including anything off the grill, wood-fired pizza, cheese, or simply enjoy a glass with friends. Enjoy!

The flagship red wine for Saviah Cellars since our first vintage in 2000, Une Vallée, is a blend that embodies both tradition and excellence. The 2024 opens with layers of red fruit, barrel spice, and subtle wood shavings on the nose. The palate is beautifully balanced, with concentrated dark fruit flavors framed by subtle barrel notes and polished tannins. More than two decades of crafting this wine have taught us that great Bordeaux-style blends aren’t about power, they are about balance, complexity, and harmony. Enjoy!
