The fruit for this Rosé was picked on the same day and co-fermented. A beautiful light salmon color in the glass, this wine is superbly balanced. The aroma is immediately captivating, offering a bouquet of fresh strawberries, ripe watermelon, and vibrant red berries. Notes of citrus zest, particularly grapefruit and Meyer lemon, add a zesty brightness, while delicate floral nuances of rose petals and honeysuckle dance in the background. The first sip reveals a beautiful and refreshing wine that is a perfect aperitif, or enjoy with grilled burgers, cedar plank salmon, pizza, charcuterie, or strawberry spinach salad with goat cheese. Star Meadows is a beautifully balanced and expressive wine…also referred to as Liquid Summer! A symphony of refreshing aromas consisting of stone fruit, white peach, tropical fruit, ripe mango, and citrus, along with a touch of orange blossom. The Stillwater Creek Sauvignon Blanc brings flavors of apricot, peach, citrus zest, and refreshing acidity. The Estate grown Viognier adds to the rich mouthfeel, offering floral notes which complement the stone fruit. Enjoy this wine chilled as an aperitif or pair with Mahi Mahi fish tacos, halibut, herb roasted chicken, mussels, or aged Gouda.

Lewis Vineyard consistently provides deeply colored, concentrated wines due to the viticultural practice of maximum light exposure to the clusters. A cooler site, the vineyard sits at an elevation of 1200 feet in the Yakima Valley near Prosser, Washington. The first Syrah vines for this vineyard were planted in 1996. Always inky, dark purple in color, with exotic aromas and flavors of wild black raspberry, cherry cola, boysenberry, cocoa nibs, incense, and dark spice. This wine is bottled aged for two years resulting in a rich, wonderfully complex wine with a smooth finish.

This wine is a classic example of Syrah from such an amazing vintage, farmed to perfection. Heady aromas of dark wild berries, tapenade, cracked peppercorns, salami, and spice. Concentrated yet balanced on the palate, buoyant flavors of beef broth, mountain berries, fresh cracked pepper, and herbs with a long silky finish. Pair with anything off the grill, wood fired pizza, Drunken Goat cheese, charcuterie, or simply enjoy a glass with friends!

This exceptional wine consists of a blend of our favorite barrels from the vintage. The wine shows a deep ruby color in the glass. The nose reveals complex aromas of cherry, blackberry, wet earth, leather, cedar, mocha, herb, and barrel spice. The palate showcases a plush mouthfeel with rich red and blue fruits, and a subtle graphite element. You will be well rewarded if you age this wine at least two to three years (or more!) to develop in the cellar, and then you will wish you had more. Enjoy!
