The Big Sky Cuvée is a masterful expression of Washington State winemaking. The deep, intense garnet color with a slightly opaque core, hints at its rich and robust nature. The 2021 Walla Walla Cabernet Franc is a stunning expression of the vintage. A gorgeous ruby hue in the glass with bold aromas and alluring layers of dark fruit, spice, and earthy undertones. Black cherry and red plum notes dominate, accented by hints of red cherry and garden herbs. Aromas of cigar box, tobacco leaf, and a touch of vanilla from oak aging add complexity, while subtle herbal nuances of sage and dried herbs lend a savory edge. On the palate, this Cabernet Franc showcases its full-bodied nature with velvety tannins and well-integrated acidity. Flavors of ripe berry and dark plum fill the mouth, complemented by touches of baking spices, such as cinnamon and clove. There's a rich, textured mouthfeel, with layers of complexity unfolding with each sip.

The vines for this Grenache are twenty years old, planted near the top of Andrew’s Vineyard, a truly special site. This gorgeous ruby red wine offers aromas and flavors of bright raspberry, strawberry, and black cherry fruit, along with notes of fig, cocoa nib, and garrigue (think rosemary, thyme, and sage). The texture of this wine is remarkable, due to the whole cluster fraction, which provides the well-integrated, mouthcoating tannins. One of our favorite wines to blend, this GSM exhibits a vibrant ruby hue with glimmers of garnet at the edges. The aromatics are enticing, offering a bouquet of both savory and ripe red fruits, including cherry, spiced red plum and strawberry. Subtle hints of black tea, dried herbs and black pepper add complexity and intrigue. On the palate, this wine showcases a harmonious fusion of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, that is both fruit-driven and savory. Juicy red berry flavors dance alongside nuances of plum and hints of the forest after a rain. Silky tannins provide structure, while well-integrated acidity lends freshness and balance to the ensemble. Pair this wine with elk, bison or grass-fed beef, simply seasoned with salt and pepper and accompanied by a creamy mushroom sauce or melted blue cheese. Bravissimo! Nebbiolo is a rare find in the Walla Walla Valley, and famous in the Piedmont region of Northwest Italy. This wine showcases a classic garnet color in the glass. Aromatically, the wine opens with spicy cherry fruit, raspberry, and cranberry with notes of rose petal, clove, nutmeg, and herbs. It is easy on the palate, with silky tannins and rich, bright flavors of ripe cherry, wild strawberry, and red raspberries. The finish is silky, long, and generous. Enjoy!

Only one word is needed to describe this unique wine…delicious! This deep purple wine opens with aromas of black cherry, boysenberry, and blackberry along with notes of cocoa powder, clove, tobacco, and vanilla. The flavors are concentrated with red and blue fruits that seem perfectly ripe. Excellent mouthfeel with generous round tannins and a long, lingering finish. There is not much Petit Verdot planted in the Walla Walla Valley, making this a rare find. Enjoy!
