The flagship red wine for Saviah Cellars since our first vintage in 2000, Une Vallée, is a blend that embodies both tradition and excellence. The 2024 opens with layers of red fruit, barrel spice, and subtle wood shavings on the nose. The palate is beautifully balanced, with concentrated dark fruit flavors framed by subtle barrel notes and polished tannins. More than two decades of crafting this wine have taught us that great Bordeaux-style blends aren’t about power, they are about balance, complexity, and harmony. Enjoy!
