The Big Sky Cuvee showcases the unique conditions of the 2021 growing season. With historically low yields, production was down but the quality was exceptional, offering excellent concentration with power and grace. Deep garnet in color, this wine immediately captivates with its rich aromatics—dark cherry, raspberry compote, and vanilla layered with hints of cocoa, nutmeg, and oak spice.

The palate is bold yet polished, offering a full-bodied experience with velvety tannins and a luxurious mouthfeel. Flavors of black cherry and cassis lead the way, complemented by mocha and a touch of barrel sweetness. Silky and expressive now, this wine is built to evolve gracefully over time.
