2022 Rose

A delicious, dry Rosé of Sangiovese and Barbera. The grapes are hand-harvested and pressed together on the same day. The juice is then co-fermented, creating something truly unique! The Sangiovese provides mouthwatering watermelon fruit while the Barbera contributes fresh acidity and berry characteristics. The wine shows aromas and flavors of wild strawberries, watermelon, wild berries, minerality, pink grapefruit and summertime flowers. A perfect wine for any time! Pairs perfectly with melon and prosciutto, cedar plank salmon, pizza, charcuterie, Feta, Brie or simply enjoy as an aperitif. Cheers!
